How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. During new releases or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 2 weeks.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. Keep all original packaging materials.
Will I be charged customs fees or taxes?
If you’re located in the US, sales tax may be applied at checkout depending on your state.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT charges upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot mark packages as gifts or misrepresent their value.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed, as we begin processing immediately.
Do you take Klarna/Affirm/(financing service)?
No. These usury companies are predatory to consumers, and demand extortionary rates. Credit card companies are bad enough. These companies are worse. If you need to take out a high interest rate loan to buy my work, please do not buy my work. Print a copy for yourself (non-commercial use only). You have my blessing.
